I wuld say take nappy off to and put a layer of vasaline to protect it from getting any more sore!!!!
For the teething the teething granuels are great and nuerofen for kids is gd as it numbs and takes down the swelling xxxx

If you use wetwipe's,then stop using them as it is obviously irritating his skin, even though you can get sensitive one's. Just wash him down with warm water and bath him in just water.no added bath soap's etc. for a while till it calm's down. Cream's will help along with this. If it doesn't,then he will need something like canastine,if i have spelt it right.
