well sort of lol i hate exercise but since we have moved house i now have a longer walk to the school it now takes me half an hour and ive been really good because the bus stop is right outside my house and i only intend to catch the bus if the weather is really bad so in total i am now walking 2 hrs a day and for me that is sooo good lol!

Nice one Sarah. I will walk to the school in the summer so Aiden can ride his bike. But while the weather is like this, crappy, I will drive. Its a 45 min walk for me otherwise.

well not been walking this week as children been on half term...............BUT...............when i went to buy some new jeans today i had gone down a size......could this be coincidence....or does 1 month of walking 2 hours a day really make a difference...have i really lost weight with all the walking or what lol?????????????????
