I have a friend who's 10 wks pregnant and keeps saying these new foods you cant have when pregnant like colslaw? I feel bad coz I did eat these things. What can't you have when pregnant?

They say egg has too be cooked right through in pregnancy and certain cheese is not aloud.

Reasons being I am not sure.I think woman eat and drink what they want too nowadays.

You cant have pates and some soft cheeses!! Things MUST be pasterised and they advise now days not to have nuts when pregnant as can bring on allergys to ur unborn child!!

You can go on forever, but like Skorpy says people eat what they want really. When i was pregnant i just avoided pates and some soft cheeses.

lol I ate want i wanted so long as it was cooked properly. I dont eat pate and soft cheese anyway though.
