 Dodgy belly button

Poor Aislyn was born with an extra bit of skin before the umbilical cord. All the midwifes worried us because they said they'd never seen one like this. Anyway after constantly seeing the midwives, checking up on it, last week I took her for her 6 week check up and she burned it to hopefully make it drop off. She booked me an appointment for this fri to see how its gone, she said it was unlikely that it'd work and if it doesn't she'll have to be referred to the surgeons :( And it hasn't worked cos the extra bit of skin is still there, she'll have to have an op cryy
